What I do…
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern approach, which can help with all sorts of problems and issues
- It works using hypnosis (the same as a day dream state) to access the part of the mind that can have a great influence on how we feel and how we behave to get to the root of the problem.
- I work with you as a unique person that you are, so that everything is tailored to what you need to tackle your individual problem to make a difference as quickly as possible.
- I use many different techniques alongside hypnotherapy to ensure you gain the best therapeutic input from different areas of psychology.
Expect to feel a difference quickly
It can be quickly effective in helping with such things as fears, phobia’s, stress, anxiety, depression, over-eating and smoking as well as many other emotional and physical problems.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a ‘brief’ therapy. Some clients may need only 2, 3 or 4 sessions whereas others require more.
There will be homework for you to do between sessions. You will also have a personalised hypnosis tape for you to listen to.
