I really like the process and format of Tina’s therapy. Unlike traditional counselling I found I was able to ‘Fix’ my issues rather than just talk about them and relive them.
I had one session with Tina where we were able to sort my problem in one go!! Tina made me a tape to listen to which supported and reinforced what had happened in the session. I continue to listen to the tape as and when needed.
I feel more in control and have observed significant changes in how I now deal with certain issues.
What’s really good is other people have noticed the change too.
This therapy has really worked for me and I would definitely use it again if the need arose.
With regards to my recent sessions, As you know I approached these with some trepidation and was worried about the out come. But as we worked together I found my fears groundless, your professional attitude and gentle nature gave me the courage to fulfill my wish to eradicate a life long fear. I can not recommend this type of therapy enough, and I still listen to the tape you made for me. Thank you for all of your help
I feel well – for the first time in 13 years.
I believe the hypnosis helped immensely. After the first 2 sessions I felt different. After 3 sessions I had a taste of being anxiety free for the first time and couldn’t quite believe it.
Now I’ve completed the whole course of sessions, having had a kick back at Christmas, I now feel good, well, energised, happy and confident that this is me now. 13 years after becoming ill, I am well. I’ve always wanted to reach here but have never been certain that it was actually possible.

Did the techniques used help?
Yes they did help, the technique used, i.e. taking me back to the point in question several times, I felt amazing. The feeling of a threat from that experience definitely went and I now think of that experience not of a dark period in my life but of a light non-threatening time.
I no longer have panic attacks during the night (or any time for that matter), and I no longer need sleeping pills to help me sleep. I sleep very well now.
How did you find Tina's manner/empathy, understanding etc?
I felt that Tina did understand my problem. Tina identified the cause of the problem. I felt totally relaxed with her although I had no experience or for that matter no understanding of hypnotherapy.
Any other comments
If I had been told how I would feel after my sessions, I would not have believed it. I really do feel so much better now.
