Getting help
Placing your trust in somebody to help you address your personal problems can feel like a very big step.
Finding the right person to help you is key to helping you to make progress.
On this page we’ll take a look at the things you need to look for in a IEMT or Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
I’ll also take this chance to help you to get to know me a bit better, and get a feel for whether I’m the right person to help you.
Choosing the right practitioner for help
When you are choosing an IEMT or Cognitive Hypnotherapy practitioner, you will want to make sure they meet the following criteria:
- They need to be a fully qualified IEMT Practitioner or Cognitive Hypnotherapist (HPD, DipCHyp)
- They should be a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) or The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
- They should be committed to abiding by the CNHC's or NCH's strict code of conduct, performance, ethics and public protection policies (including client confidentiality)
- They should be fully insured to carry out the treatment
